
FIELD TRAINING: Syncing the brain to the body with international technical and tactical training concepts to develop creative, intelligent, competitive, and skillful soccer players.

Field Surfaces: Chamba HELIX utilizes multiple field surfaces (Turf, Sand, Grass and Futsal) to challenge and train players to handle pressure, adversity and the ability to adapt to varying field environments.

Field Testing: Field testing will be provided on a periodic basis with measured performance results and guidance discussed with player and parent.

Homework Instruction: Required daily homework for continuous physical training and educational learning to be performed in between on-site trainings. Players will be spot tested to see if homework was completed to meet program requirements.




Setting Goals: The Chamba HELIX Program will teach you how to measure and record your personal performance to keep you on track and focused to reach your goals and advance to the next level.
Chamba HELIX Notebooks: Player’s will keep soccer notebook/journals to record training notes and log game play results. Ultimately the journal will allow the player to capture personal progress and retain training methods to reference for the future.
Homework: Weekly assignments to be performed in between onsite trainings will vary to include two components:
Education - Soccer game study (team and player positions),
internet research, study materials, etc.;
Physical - Performance stretching and strengthening workouts and
Field tactical practice exercises.
International Methods of Training: By utilizing top level training methods/systems from over 25 countries including Ajax, Bundesliga, Belgium National team program, USSF, Latin influences, Denmark, amongst others, the CHAMBA HELIX will provide players an opportunity to reach the highest levels of the game.
Training platforms include Grass, Turf, Sand and Solid/Futsol surfaces. The diversity of playing on different surfaces maximizes creativity, broadens player experience and ultimately increases interest in the sport while having FUN.
Soccer Intelligence: To truly be successful as an athlete knowledge of the sport is critical. The Chamba HELIX Program will enable players to study and learn the game on and off the field. Structured similar to college courses, players will be offered the opportunity to complete course work designed to increase the players awareness of the game from multiple points of view.
The curriculum will include field, classroom and web based study materials such as session specific notes, viewing international systems of play and training sessions, studying player position footage along with guest presentations by international coaches and players.

All of these factors represent the many faces of endurance. The Chamba HELIX Program concentrates on creative player development of the mind and body with endurance as a major component allowing players to outperform the competition.




Field Training Sessions are designed to work "hand in hand" with the Performance Training completed at the previous session. Field sessions will also include a diversity of technical work followed by tactical training.
HELIX training topics will vary every week consisting of skill development, tactical games and a very creative competitive environment that will improve the player's skills, teamwork and problem solving; all while having fun.
